Yoga, stretching and meditation classes are offered throughout the gathering. Take a break from your class and take care of your body! Morning yoga is a great way to start off the day. Bring a yoga mat or anything to lay on.

Bring a mat and tune in with your body in between classes... it's nice to have a break between sitting and crafting!
